18X22 1/2 inch decorative reservists patriotic frame. Named to a reservist Köhl. Commemorating his service time from 1907-09. This one is quite elaborate with a pair of shoulder boards worked into the design. Can't tell what the regiment would be but likely a fusilier regiment. Back label gives the manufacturer, Philipp Reinhardt of Fechenheim which narrows down the region. Nice display piece.
