Excellent condition souvenir pennant of the 137th Battalion of the Canadian Expeditionary Force from Calgary, Alberta. Green felt base is in excellent condition. Comes with a little bit of paperwork from the original owner, Fred Robinson, #2380030. Robinson served with 78th Battalion. After consulting his service file, there does not seem to be a connection to the 137th. Robinson was born in Grand Pre, Nova Scotia. He signed up in Dauphin and was living in East Bay Manitoba at the time. Overall length of the pennant is approximately 28 inches. These pennants are quite attractive and could be a collecting focus all on they're own.
