Nice early Canada Militia tintype photo of a young soldier of a highland regiment. The glenngary has the dicing indicating a highland regiment. At first I was convinced this was a photo of a 94th Argyll Highlander from Cape Breton. The more I look at however it seems more likely that it is a 91st Regiment badge on the side of the glenn due to the size of the badge which is just teasingly out of view.
