15x20 1/4 cardboard placard produced during the reign of Friedrich lll in 1888 during his 99 day reign. It discusses the acceptance of all religions in Germany. Prominent at the top is the saying in Hebrew, " Glory to the King". Likely produced to to reinforce to Jews their acceptance in Germany society. Sourced from a Frankfurt estate. Frankfurt had a very large Jewish population prior to the Third Reich. An interesting bit of German history and Judeica. Could easily be framed up. No damage.
