Scarce Early Photo of Fenian Raid Veterans

Approximately 21x18 inches. A very rare early studio photo of a group of Fenian Raid vets. Photo was taken in 1900 by the W.S.Clarke studio. All photos are named. Not sure if this is a whole unit. All vets are wearing they're medals. A very rare opportunity to acquire photos of Fenian Raid vets. I have never seen this photo before. A pretty scarce Fenian Raid related item. After further research I have found that quite a few of the soldiers in the pictures were listed in Thyen's book as having served in the 15th Battalion, Canada Militia, forerunner of the 48th Highlanders of Toronto. Likely many of the others served in Ontario regiments.
