Approximately 9x13.5 ledger of notes from the German War Ministry from 1878-1883. Appears to be be photostats of hand written notes on various military matters. Definitely not for commercial use. Likely for government usage. Never really handled anything similar. Quite unique. Definitely gives insight into the immediate post Franco Prussian War era. Very good overall condition.
