Interesting grouping that spans 2 World Wars. The Wehrpasses for 2nd War service has had the swaz blacked out. Civilian picture. Named to Franz Frenz. Pretty standard 2nd War service for an older guy. I believe he was attached to a training battalion. No awards for the 2nd War. For the First War however there is included and Iron Class 2nd Class,. The document for said award is 20th of April, 1918. It is named to Kanonier Franz Frenz of 4 batterie of Field Artillery Regiment 111. Also included is the document for the Hessian state service medal. Both awards I am selling separately on this site. Some additional docs are present from the 2nd War. A very interesting cross over group.
