This is the so called "Navy Pattern" visor used by the Canada Militia in the late 19th-early 20th century. It is a specimen in decent condition. It is missing one of its Canada Militia, Kings crown buttons for the chinstrap. I may have one floating around here. Can't read the manufacturer. Pretty much a standard issue Canada Militia visor except for the metal bar used for the fixation of the badge. Likely for a badge with a slider? Possibly officers? Hard to say. No mothing evident. Not easy to find in good condition. Has a label with writing on the interior. Has a 67? Possibly Carleton Light Infantry related.
